In December 2012 we were delighted to open Vanilla Pod Kitchen.
With Vanilla Pod Kitchen our aim is provide typical Italian style pizzas and to do this we use only the finest Italian ingredients- Caputo '00' flour, proper Italian mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, slow-proven dough.
Our oven however is the heart of Vanilla Pod Kitchen. We imported the oven from Italy - when it comes to pizza's the Italians know best.
Vanilla Pod Kitchen is the only restaurant that uses spelt dough for those with a wheat intolerance (contains traces of wheat). We also use gluten free pasta and a selection of gluten free desserts provided by pure foods.
